⛔️ Ignoring regular medical check-ups and not visiting the DENTIST: Well, yes, ignoring the doctor is no longer for you. It would be good to have a check-up from time to time. Spending too much time sitting on the couch: and in case you hadn’t realized yet, a regular exercise routine helps maintain muscle strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular health.

⛔️ Becoming a hermit: Maintain social connections (the one we like the most). Isolation can have a negative impact on mental and emotional health. Stay in touch with friends and family. It will help you stay active and in good spirits.
