1. Organising Company

The entity Silverline Partners S.L, with registered office at Boulevard Príncipe Alfonso Hohenlohe, Urb. Marbella Real, Oficina 31, 29602, Marbella, and Tax ID No. B39499512 (hereinafter, the “Organizer”), is launching this draw, the conditions of which are governed by the following official rules.

2. Purpose of the Draw

The purpose of the draw is to award a prize consisting of:
A one-week stay per calendar year, for ten (10) years, for the winner and one companion, in a tourist resort/senior residence/residential complex owned by the Organizer at the time of booking.
If the initially intended complex is not available, is no longer owned by the Organizer, or if the service cannot be provided for reasons beyond the Organizer’s control, the Organizer may substitute it with another complex of similar characteristics and category, without any right to compensation for the winner.

3. Duration and Scope

The draw will be held on a single date, on 10 October, before a notary, in the city of Marbella.
The prize shall be valid for a maximum of ten (10) years starting from the year following the date of the draw, and is personal and non-transferable.
The benefit consists of one stay of seven (7) consecutive nights per calendar year, during the ten (10) years mentioned, subject to the availability of the Organizer’s complexes and a prior reservation made at least [*] days in advance.

4. Eligibility Requirements

All individuals over the age of [50] residing in [Europe] may participate.
Participation is free of charge, and automated or fraudulent entries are prohibited.
Mere participation implies full and unconditional acceptance of these official rules.

5. Draw Mechanics

The draw will take place before a notary through the random selection of one (1) winner and [] alternates.
The procedure will be public and guarantee transparency and randomness of the outcome.
If the winner does not accept the prize within [] days from notification, the first alternate will automatically be designated.

6. Prize Conditions

The prize does not include transport, meals, insurance, tourist taxes, or other additional expenses, which will be borne by the winner.
The prize may not be exchanged for cash or for other goods or services.
The winner must comply with the rules of use of the Organizer’s tourist resorts/senior residences/residential complexes.
Reservations will be subject to availability and usage seasons, and the Organizer may establish restricted dates (“blackout dates”), which will be communicated in advance.

7. Notification of the Winner

The Organizer will contact the winner within a maximum of [] business days after the draw, using the contact details provided upon entry.
The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize in writing within a maximum of [] calendar days.

8. Organizer’s Liability

The Organizer shall be exempt from any liability in cases of force majeure, legal impossibility, closure, or transfer of the complexes, being only obliged to offer a reasonable and equivalent alternative.
The Organizer is not responsible for personal, material, or any other type of damage that may arise from the use of the prize.

9. Data Protection and Commercial Use Authorisation

The personal data provided by participants will be included in a file under the responsibility of the Organizer for the purpose of managing participation in the draw, contacting the winner, and delivering the prize.

By simply participating in the draw and accepting these rules, the participant expressly, freely, and voluntarily authorises the Organizer to process their personal data for sending commercial communications, including by electronic means (email, SMS, instant messaging apps, or equivalent), relating to products, services, promotions, and activities of the Organizer, as well as of companies belonging to the same business group or those with which it maintains commercial agreements.
This authorisation is granted indefinitely unless the participant states otherwise by exercising their right to object or withdraw consent.
Participants may exercise at any time their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, and portability by sending written communication to [] or by email to [], attaching a copy of their identity document.
The Organizer guarantees confidentiality in the processing of personal data and will adopt the legally required security measures for its protection.

10. Taxation

The prize is subject to current tax regulations, and the winner is responsible for fulfilling any tax obligations. The Organizer will assume any mandatory withholding taxes, if applicable.

11. Amendments

The Organizer reserves the right to amend these rules for justified reasons and undertakes to communicate such amendments with the same level of publicity as the original rules.

12. Acceptance

Participation in the draw implies full acceptance of these official rules.
