Hiking Route La Concha Peak

We’re looking forward to seeing you on Saturday, January 31st, 2026, for a demanding and rewarding hike to La Concha, the most iconic summit in Marbella.
Here are the key technical details of the route:
- 🥾 Total distance: 13 km
- ⛰️ Maximum altitude: 1,215 m
- 📈 Elevation gain: 750 m
- ⚠️ Difficulty: High
- ⏱️ Time in motion: approx. 6 hours
- ⏰ Total duration: 7 hours (7:00 am – 2:00 pm)
- 🪨 Terrain: mostly rocky and stony mountain paths
Meeting points (punctuality is essential):
- 🚗 6:30 am – Car Pool from La Cañada Shopping Centre, in front of MediaMarkt
- 🥾 7:00 am – Refugio del Juanar parking (start of the hike)
Please make sure you are properly equipped: trekking boots, warm clothing (gloves and hat), trekking poles, enough water and food for snacks and lunch. This is a serious hike and preparation matters.
