HIKING Ascent of the Cruz del Juanar
Join us for the ascent of one of the most iconic peaks overlooking the Costa del Sol: La Cruz del Juanar. A medium-level circular route surrounded by chestnut groves, olive trees and a beautifully preserved Monterey pine forest. At the summit, the cross and small shrine — plus spectacular coastal views — make the effort more than worthwhile.

8:45am – Carpool from CC La Cañada, in front of Mediamarkt
9:15am – Meeting point: Parking del Refugio de El Juanar

What to Bring:
Trekking shoes, warm clothing, gloves and hat, Nordic sticks (optional), water, snacks or fruit.
